Built with purpose.
Shaped by you.

A clear look at what you can use, what we’re validating and what we’re considering. Priorities can change as real training and your feedback shape the app.

01

In the beta

The foundations you can explore today. Android access is through closed testing.

Training that keeps the details

Workout plans, exercise swaps, sets, effort, personal records, history and selected-workout CSV exports. Running Base supports a structured return to consistent running.

Recovery alongside the work

Daily check-ins, sleep logging, optional Android sleep import, journal reflections, mindfulness and breathing routines.

A coach with context

Six coach voices, conversations informed by your logged training and controls for the recovery context you share.

Guided activity, in alpha

Timers and cues for supported activities, with optional private outdoor GPS. Recorded time and logged work remain distinct.

02

In validation

Built work being checked before wider availability. An item here is not an available feature.

More ways to follow a programme

Running Speed, HIIT Conditioning and Yoga/Mobility programmes are being validated before they are enabled.

A stronger Android experience

Continued testing of recovery, guided activity and device behaviour. Android 1.0.17 (19) is available to selected closed testers; further app improvements remain in validation.

03

Planned

The next product areas under consideration. Scope and order may change with testing and feedback.

One complete plan, with time to try it

The full app for A$14.99 AUD per month, with no annual plan. Seven days free. No commitment. No payment card required. No automatic charge. Subscribe only if you choose to continue. The new trial and paid membership are not available yet.

Nutrition, introduced in stages

Start with useful manual food logging, then consider search and editable estimates before broader planning tools.

Progress you can act on

Clearer connections between training, recovery and weekly patterns, with understandable summaries and explicit next steps.

04

Exploring

Longer-term possibilities without a promised release date.

More platforms and connections

iOS, broader wearable integrations and the option to bring your own AI provider need further design and platform work.
